Payment

Payments are accepted through secure online payment methods available during checkout. Order processing begins after payment confirmation.

Digital Products

All artworks from Catrina Art Studio are digital products. After payment confirmation, the digital file will be delivered to the customer within 24 hours. Files are provided in high-quality PNG format. The average image resolution ranges from approximately 4000 to 6000 pixels on one side, depending on the collection and artistic composition of the artwork. No physical items will be shipped.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available after the file has been delivered and confirmed received. A refund may only be issued if the file is not delivered within 24 hours due to the seller’s fault. Exceptions may apply in cases of force majeure, including technical failures, internet connection issues, global service outages, or other circumstances beyond the control of Catrina Art Studio. In such situations, delivery time may be extended.
